Being the eccentric showman that he was, during his time working for the BBC in the late 90s, my old man applied to go on Video Nation. The video below is the first of four small films that the producers edited together from hours and hours of footage. It's helped along by my young sister's screaming and my brother's inadvertent shaky-cam.
No budgies were hurt during the making of the film. Although one of them did peck a hole in my dad's finger.
